GREENVILLE, S.C., Oct. 18, 2018 – Fatz Southern Kitchen restaurants are introducing a NEW Rock Your Ribs Tour menu, featuring more than 20 different rib combinations that are music to your mouth. Fatz new rib combos sing with saucy flavors and start at only $9.99. Guests can enjoy bountiful build-your-own rib platters by choosing Baby Back Ribs or a new Korean-style Spare Rib paired with one of seven rib mates.
The Fatz Rock Your Ribs menu has been carefully curated by award-winning Chef, Brian Dukes, and features many innovative, chef-inspired dishes using local and housemade ingredients.
“We think our guests will love our new Rock Your Ribs menu that features dishes that are both customizable and packed full of flavor,” said Vice President of Culinary, Brian Dukes. “Fatz guests already love our award-winning baby back ribs, and we are excited to bring them another option with a new Korean-style spare rib that is slow roasted, seasoned with a sweet and tangy Asian BBQ sauce.”
Dukes was recently named Outstanding Chef of the Year in the South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Upstate Hospitality Awards. Receiving this award automatically enters him into the statewide SCRLA Stars of South Carolina Hospitality Awards.

Southbound Tot-Chos – A band favorite, these crunchy potato tots are topped with pulled pork, cheese, green onions, tomatoes, jalapeños and a drizzle of BBQ sauce and ranch.
A Boy Named Sue’s Deviled Eggs – A Southern staple, just like Johnny Cash, we add hot sauce, crispy bacon and paprika.
Yin & Y’all Spare Ribs – Amazingly tender Korean-style spare ribs glazed in a tangy Asian BBQ sauce.
