Now Fatz is the home of Calabash style cooking, and we are the Kings of Calabash. Buttermilk brined for 24 hours, dredged in a light peppery breading and fried to a golden brown, it’s true what they say; you can’t find a more delicious plate of Calabash chicken (or fish, shrimp, turkey, pickles, steak, and anything else we might be inclined to fry up) anywhere.
